The mission leader who is passionate about his team

What is your background and how did it lead to your current position?

-After studying engineering in Uppsala, I have worked for over 10 years as a consultant to the mining industry in various roles. Between 2018 and 2024, I was appointed CEO, during which time we went from a newly started local consulting company to a technology company with over 20 employees. During that period, I have gained experience in keeping a growing organization together and getting it to work together towards set goals.

My experience working with people, organization, finances and ambitious goals will be of great benefit in my current position.

What motivates you?

-I am driven by achieving set goals by delivering a high quality result. It is not the type of project, technology or format that is most important, but understanding and executing the task in the best way.

What is the most enjoyable part of your work?

-To achieve good results through teamwork, and for me it has become clear that the effectiveness of a team is entirely dependent on the members and the leader's ability to use skills and abilities in the right way. People feel good when they feel that their abilities are important and this contributes to committed and high-performing employees.
