History
Alteco was founded in October 2018 by Örjan Andersson, Robert Minde and Isak Vikman. The company is currently owned by ten people who are all involved in the company's operations. The goal is for Alteco to be primarily owned by the company's employees.
Alteco was founded with the vision of offering application expertise (or "Know how") both as a service and product. In simple terms, the idea is to offer complete deliveries with or without any physical product delivery. Alteco should be a stable workplace where the staff has a high level of involvement in the business. Alteco should be run long-term without requiring high levels of return to the owners.
Before Alteco saw the light of day, the company's founders worked as entrepreneurs and consultants within several different technology companies. The common denominator that brought the three founders together was the market's dire need for competent project managers and engineers with a holistic perspective.
Going from idea to product often means that many people with different skills and professions need to work together. This requires that the parties can cooperate and that there is a common understanding of the common goal. This process can easily become risky, time-consuming and costly.
With our business model, we ultimately want to create added value for the customer, who should be able to reduce their own effort without losing control.
