Being free is at least as important as working! At Alteco we have 28 days of vacation per year as well as weekends, public holidays and major holidays according to the Swedish calendar. -
Parental leave
Alteco supplements the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's parental allowance so that you receive 90 percent of your salary during parts of your parental leave. -
Medical treatment
For you as an employee, it is a great security to know that you can easily and quickly get help, especially when it is needed most. At Alteco, we want to make it easier for our employees to work and get their lives together and stay healthy in the best possible way. -
Wellness
We offer wellness care and cover 100% of the cost of exercise and wellness care up to an amount of SEK 5,000 per year.
Competency-based recruitment
We work with competency-based recruitment, and we do it for a simple reason – by focusing on the skills and experiences that are really needed to succeed in the role, we reduce the risk of bias and subjective perceptions influencing our decisions. This means that unimportant factors such as age, gender, ethnic background, educational institution, CV structure, profile pictures or hobbies do not affect the chance of a job. You are welcome to be passionate about crossfit, sailing, chess or something else. But it is your competence that counts with us!
